Static content and logos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded by this generator.

Accounts & editable codes

We store your email, password hash, editable destinations, names, account dates, verification/reset tokens and daily aggregate link requests. We use an essential login session cookie. IP-derived keyed hashes are used temporarily for rate limits; they are not scan analytics. Hosting and email providers may keep operational logs.

Use & availability

Do not use the service for phishing, fraud, malware, illegal content or impersonation. W1SYS may disable abusive links. Editable codes depend on service availability; no uptime guarantee is offered. Scan totals include repeat visits and bots, not unique people. Test downloads before printing. Deleting a code permanently removes its destination and scan records.

Retention & deletion

Account and code records remain until deleted or an account deletion is requested. Expired token and rate-limit records are purged by scheduled maintenance. To request account deletion, contact W1SYS from your registered email through the contact form. Backup retention follows the hosting backup policy.

Optional Google Analytics loads only with your permission to count public visits and general actions. QR content, destinations, account details and diagnostic inputs are not sent as analytics parameters. Decline or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences. No advertising tracking is installed.
