Is advertising spend included?
No. Advertising budgets are separate from every W1SYS fee. Clients choose and control budgets within the limits of the selected plan.
How is content counted?
One original design, post or video is one content piece. Publishing identical content to Facebook and Instagram does not count twice. Included videos are part of the monthly allowance, not additional pieces.
Are both languages included?
English or Spanish content is included. Separate complete versions in both languages may require an adaptation fee disclosed before work begins.
Is there a contract?
Marketing subscriptions begin with a three-month initial service commitment, followed by month-to-month renewal. Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice after the initial term, subject to the final service agreement and applicable law. Terms are provided for review before engagement.
Are results guaranteed?
No sales, leads, rankings, follower counts or specific advertising results are guaranteed. Performance depends on competition, budgets, customer demand, creative materials and market conditions.
Is there unlimited content or support?
No. Each service defines its deliverables, revisions and communication arrangements. Support and consultations are scheduled by appointment.
Do unused posts carry over?
Unused monthly deliverables do not automatically carry over, subject to the service agreement.
Who owns the advertising accounts?
Clients own their accounts, authorize W1SYS to manage campaigns, and keep their payment methods directly with the platform. Never submit passwords through the form.
Is campaign management charged twice?
No. Business Growth includes one Meta campaign, with no separate management fee for that campaign. Google Ads and additional campaigns are quoted separately.
